
Hi! I’m Naomi.
I first discovered Pilates at university while dealing with lower back pain. Like many people, I turned to online classes (in-person Pilates was not so popular back then!) and quickly appreciated how easy it was to build them into my daily routine.
After working for several years in charity and corporate roles, I decided to begin my Pilates teacher training in 2018. This meant commuting to London for a full-time job and then again on both Saturdays and Sundays for my Pilates course, which became a little too much! I took a pause until August 2020, when a shift in circumstances gave me the time and space to pursue the career I really wanted.
I qualified in November 2021, and some of my very first clients are still with me today.
I now teach both online and in-person classes across mat and reformer Pilates, with over 800 hours of experience in group and 1-1 sessions. I’m also trained in pre and post-natal Pilates and offer personalised sessions for all life stages.

I understand the challenges of trying to prioritise fitness in the midst of a busy life and staying consistent with regular exercise. After qualifying in 2021, I started teaching both online and in-person, but I often struggled to find time to attend a class myself. I wanted the convenience of doing Pilates at home—without the travel time—but I also needed the discipline of a live class to keep me motivated.
I knew I needed short, efficient Pilates workouts that I could access both live and on-demand, tailored to fit around my day. So, I created Studio Fifteen Pilates, offering 15-minute live Pilates classes every morning at 7:30 AM—a quick and energising start to your day. And if you can’t make it, all sessions are recorded and available anytime, anywhere, so you can practice when it suits you. Pilates for busy bodies.
